Megan is a facilitator, educator and coach. As the Executive Director at MANY she has extensive experience in youth services and nonprofit management.Megan’s experience in working with an array of youth participation focused programs has led to the creation of numerous articles, best practice curriculum and staff training modules such as the recently published “Youth/Adult Partnership: A Training Manual” from the Innovation Center. In addition, her areas of expertise include group facilitation, building collaborative processes through event planning, youth and community development, resource development and building learning communities. In addition,Megan has extensive experience in working with youth and adults in the areas of facilitation and event planning locally, nationally, and globally. |

Terri has worked for over 10 years at MANY. She is responsible for all financial operations, including reporting,budgeting, and grants management. Terri is committed to MANY’s financial health. Her energy is infectious, and she is never daunted by a challenge. She is valued team member who is always supportive of our cause. Terri is also actively involved in fundraising for Special Olympics and providing support to parents of children and young adults with special needs. |

A Pittsburgh transplant, Katrina came to the region to attend Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College to obtain her masters in Arts Management and Public Policy. With a BA in Public Relations from Gonzaga University, Katrina has blended her education and passion for arts, community and youth to find avenues to connect resources in the region with individuals and groups who would benefit from them. She has worked at local community based and social innovation nonprofits focusing on communications and outreach. Katrina has also taught arts, technology, and entrepreneurship classes for middle school and high school students in the region. She has served on the Board of Directors for Pittsburgh Young Professionals, and currently is a founding Board member for Future Worth. |

Courtney Workman holds a MA in Public Management and Social Policy, and a BA in Anthropology and Women’s Studies. She has worked in the health sector and across numerous social service fields including TANF, Youth Mentoring, Runaway and Homeless Youth, Pregnant and Parenting Teens, and Low-Income Housing. She has also been involved with the creation of several leadership programs for youth, mid-career employees and community leaders. Courtney specializes in providing skills and expertise for non-profits,especially those receiving Federal funds, so their organization is running effectively and they may excel in their areas of service delivery.

Katie joined the MANY team after her work as a Teach for America Corps member in Baltimore, Maryland. There, she taught eighth grade science in the Baltimore City Public school system for two years while doing work at Johns Hopkins University. In her undergraduate studies, she received her BS in Biology with Honors in Civic and Community Engagement from Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College.

Anita R. Lichman has spent the last twelve years working in senior management and consulting roles in the non-profit industry focusing on child welfare,homelessness, and international human rights. She holds a Masters degree in social work, a Bachelors Degree in human development and family relations and a post-graduate certificate in human services management. Further, Anita is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. She also has extensive training in organizational development and assessment,strategic planning, nonprofit management, and conflict resolution. Anita is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Network of Social Work Managers, the National Center for Non-Profit Enterprise, and the National Alliance of Non-Profit Managers.

Maggie Allen has worked in the human services field for over twenty-five years and brings experience from the fields of criminal justice, child welfare,family therapy, program evaluation and non-profit community development. Maggie holds a PhD in Human Service Administration, a Masters degree in Counseling,and a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Maggie is a nationally certified marriage and family therapist, a trained cognitive social skills instructor,and a trained healthy marriage instructor. Maggie also brings extensive consulting experience in working with Native American communities in the southwest on issues such as child welfare, staff training and development,community development, grant writing, and program implementation.

Before joining MANY in 2010, she spent the previous 5 years in the event and facility management working on and managing a vast array of events in the Corporate sector. Emily is currently pursuing a M.S. in Nonprofit Management.

Chet has over 25 years working in management and consulting roles with human services and faith-based agencies working with youth and families. He has worked on teams serving the United States for two national organizations. He is a certified fund development and grant writing specialist holding a master’s in criminal justice and family counseling and training as a child mediation specialist. Chet has blended education and love of the outdoors creating volunteer and employment opportunities for teens and college students. He is also the co-author of a book, "Catching the Rainbow," a book on strategies for faith-based organizations in developing positive work with teens. |

Susan has over 30 years of experience working with, and in behalf, of youth in high risk situations and their families. She has 18 years of experience in the delivery of customized, comprehensive technical assistance support to community- and faith-based agencies that serve youth and families in a variety of program settings. She is a skilled facilitator and consultant, with expertise in many areas of the youth services field including developing innovative solutions to working with the educational needs of youth in high risk situations.
